Refund & Returns Policy

 

 

Overview

At TGN Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Clearance or final sale items (if stated at purchase)

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged on arrival

If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos where possible.

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your consumer rights.
